Folding Carton Shapes

We provide innovative and creative packaging for a variety of industries. We offer unique shapes, graphics and graphic enhancements. The latest trend in design is shape differentiation. We use Artios Cad software to design and produce examples of Folding Cartons.

Graphic Design

We offer a full range of prepress services for our customers. Whether it be conventional or digital, our highly skilled technicians will assist you in the preparation of your files for our in-house Computer-to-Plate Dept. Our Graphic Dept. commitment is to seeing that your projects needs are met with the highest quality in mind.

Package Printing

Most people in our industry think this is the heart of any carton operation. This is where all the design and graphics contributions start to come together into your final product. Our printing presses consist of one Heidelberg, and one Roland 600 press that have the capability of 6 color process.

Box cutting

This is where your cartons are cut and creased.

Our pressmen will give it one final check before releasing it to our paper handlers who will then Make Ready to the Cutting press. Each sheet is pulled off the stack and carried through the cutting press with grab bars. As it proceeds it is pressure cut and then waste is stripped off before being delivered to the finish stack on the opposite side of the Cutting press. These finish stacks are then taken to have the remaining waste stripped via jackhammer, carefully placing the finish goods on a pallet sorted via item numbers.

Finishing

This is where your cartons will be glued on one of several gluers.

After your cartons are glued they are given a final inspection by our quality assurance department, then they will be packaged for shipment. We take care in making sure your carton order meets or exceeds your expectations. We know that our greatest asset is a satisfied customer.

Shipping

The shipping department is a very important part of our team operation.

Whether your looking to have your trucks loaded or unloaded we have three specialized forklift to meet your needs. Currently we have two commercial trucks with 40 ft. and 28 ft. trailers for shipping customer products throughout Southern California. We shrink wrap our customer's products to make sure they arrive safely without damage. We are ISO Compliant.
